![]() ![]() I had been wanting to try this restaurant in Redondo Beach for a while, as I frequent the area. You get much better meat quality, atmosphere and comfort.all for the same price! ![]() If you want Brazilian churrascaria, go to Fogo de Chao in Beverly Hills or a little farther (Irvine) to Texas de Brazil. These 2 and the views were the only reason I give this place 2 stars otherwise, this is a 1-star place. I don't know his name, but the young skinny guy with a short beard. One of the guys who brings the meat to your table was also nice. Always smiled, was friendly and attentive. Of course, when you are hot, you don't eat as much! Bad business practice :( The service: -Our waiter, Tyler, was actually good. Update your tables, and booths.They look like they're from the 1980's! -Do something about the insects! This is terrible. You can see the ocean and Palos Verdes hills. Maybe from lunchtime, maybe from the day before! The atmosphere: -The views are nice. This experience was a disappointment.Ī don't know how this place stays open! At $60 per person, here's what I think: The food: -The salad bar was awful.the spinach and shredded carrots were wilted, very limited choices, the 2 rice trays (white rice and yellow rice) were at 95% empty, but a couple of flies and some gnats were enjoying the salad bar! -The meats were the lowest quality possible. We had been to another Brazilian Style steakhouse before and loved it. The price for what I would rate as a above average dining experience was expensive $150 for 2 without alcohol drinks. Then you had to wait along time for the next guy. Then finally he got there and cut a small thin slice of less than a premium cut of what was left on his skewer. Waiting for the guy with the skewers to come slice a piece off took awhile. I loved the olive mix, but didn’t come here to fill up on olives. The food was average at best, the salad bar buffet style was small and had some weird stuff. No excuse, I am a customer and I am not being rude don’t treat me like I am an inconvenience to you. The staff wasn’t that friendly, maybe they were over whelmed because it was busy. If you happen to time things right to enjoy the sunset, only a handful of people will enjoy those premier tables, so plan your visit on a day that is not so busy if you want one of those tables. If you heard great things about this restaurant which brought you there, they lied. ![]()
